Am ales această temă întrucât considerăm că este de actualitate, în continuă dezvoltare şi implicarea în proiecte de CSR, este o strategie benefică pentru orice tip de companie. Succesul strategiei de responsabilitate socială corporatistă constă în găsirea unui punct de echilibru între conştientizarea problemelor societăţii, nevoile diverselor grupuri ţintă şi capacitatea materială, financiară şi managerială a organizaţiilor. Am ales să analizăm grupul CEZ România, deoarece este o prezenţă activă în acest domeniu şi prin proiectele sale acoperă o varietate de arii de interes în accord cu nevoile comunităţii.

Currently the vast majority of companies choose to engage in CSR campaigns, that being a proactive management tool, and a formidable weapon in strengthening the position on the market.
